I recently heard about KETO diet. A term which almost all the people who very eagerly wish to loose weight should be aware of. Some people think that they are on KETO diet but actually they are not. So here I will share a few things that you need to know about the diet if you are following it:
1. SAY NO TO NUTS:
People NUTS in this diet really? Tell me seriously what made you think that eating nuts is right thing to do in this diet. Please go through the concept of KETO once again. NO nuts guys. It will lead to serious weight gain even if you are not eating any other carbs.
2. PATIENCE:
If you think that your weight loose journey has become smooth enough for you just because you have lost 3-4 kgs or even more than that within a few days. Then you really need to calm down my friend as it is not the time to stop. This is just the beginning of the process. Follow this diet for minimum of 40 days to give your body time to adapt to the situation. Else you will end up gaining the double of your previous weight.
3. YOUR HEALTH:
Before starting the diet, keep your health and stamina in check. If you get weak very fast or have very low stamina, you will end up making yourself sick. Just know beforehand that you will feel weakness, be dizzy, or may even find yourself not wanting to get up from the bed. If you face poor health condition usually or fall sick really fast, do not give a thought to try it at all.
