WHAT TO DO?

Gallstones need high lifestyle changes as you got them because of your bad diet and sedentary lifestyle in the first place. So if you are reading it, you already know that you need to make changes in your diet or lifestyle.

 If you have stones there is 99.9% that the situation is going to get worse. Unless you choose to change your destiny. So buckle up for this ride as you will get hiccups on the way.

 

1.    WATER


 Everyone knows and brags that a human body is made of over 70% of water but what we don't talk about is that it takes a lot of water intake to maintain that water level.

 Studies show that the average body of a female requires maintaining 45-60% of water and the average male body requires 50-65% of water weight. (Now I am not a sexist, but this is because there is a pretty obvious difference between the hormones, body structure, and needs of males and females).

 So, begin with getting 1litres of water each day and go up to 5litres. Don't pressurize yourself but do push yourself for this. 

 

2.    FIBER, LOTS OF FIBER

I mean it. The more fiber you eat, the healthier life you will live. 

High fiber foods, fruits, veggies are God's gift to you. 

Replace your breakfast and lunch with fiber foods. 

 

3. SMALL PLATE, HEALTHY GUT

You would have heard a lot about small meals and people obsessing over "eating in a small plate". Turns out, they are not fools after all. This is going to be your new eating style. 

 Get a cute smaller than standard plate for yourself and make sure to eat only one serving of that plate at a time. In the beginning, you will feel that it's not enough for your appetite, but trust me you need to save yourself from the possibility of high health risks so when it comes to your eating habits start living by the motto "small is good".

 

4. DON'T STAY HUNGRY

 

Intermittent dieting styling is trending, but you need to know the right way to do it. Eat intermittently, but drink lots of fluids. If nothing else then just swear by step 1 again. WATER.

 

5. FORGET INTERMITTENT, SWITCH TO INTERVAL TREND

 

A better the way is not to get into the eating trends etc. just eat small and eat something in every 1 hour. Even an apple or a pear would be fine. But as we have already established that "SMALL IS BIG" so you will feel hungry by the default body settings. 


6. GET SOME ACTION 

The the main reason for gallstones is a sedentary lifestyle which is due to LESS BODILY ACTION so our solution lies within our problem.


GYM, EXERCISE, YOGA


Whatsoever is your go-to idea of action, just don’t think twice and go for it.

If nothing else works then go for a walk. BRISK WALK on an empty stomach and LIGHT WALK after food.

 There are a lot of free apps that will help you to count your steps and calorie burn. Along with the social media presence, make use of technology for your health benefits.

  

7. SWEAR BY LIGHT FOODS


It’s not about taste, it’s about healthy eating. Save your gut first, you have a long life ahead to give pleasure to your taste buds. You know what doesn’t suit you by now. Foods have their own nature. They are heavy, and light, easily digestible, and hard to digest. So choose wisely what to eat as the gallbladder instantly tells you when it doesn’t like the food you just ate. So just listen to your cute little balloon-shaped organ, if you take it for granted, it hurts you like an ant can hurt an elephant. I mean it. Been there; Suffered that.
